Entry Requirement

Visa-free entry· up to 60 days

Russian citizens may enter visa-free for up to 60 days (tourism; max 90 days within any 180-day period). For treatment, a C-3-3 medical visa with a hospital invitation is recommended.

You must obtain K-ETA in advance (Russia is not among the 22 temporarily exempted countries). For treatment over 91 days, the G-1-10 visa is required. ⚠️ The 60 visa-free days cover check-ups and second opinions — for treatment that runs longer (surgery, chemotherapy), changing status after entry is generally not permitted, so come on a C-3-3 from the start.
